 Cyndi
Johnson –Cynthia (Cyndi) Johnson is a South Dakota
native who worked in DoDDS schools from 1972 to 2004.
Cyndi has a BA from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD and a Masters
from South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD. She taught social
studies/English/journalism in seven DoDDS schools:
Mannheim HS, Naples MS, Brindisi HS, Incirlik HS, Wuerzburg HS,
Stuttgart HS and Bad Aibling HS. In
1998, she became the Social Studies and Public Affairs Liaison for the Isles
District in England before retiring in 2004. She was active in OEA and was the
past president of the United Kingdom chapter of Phi Delta Kappa.
Cyndi retired to Lake Poinsett, SD and is enjoying
arranging all her European “stuff” in her new home.
Her hobbies include photography, traveling, computers and watching her
nieces and nephews perform in all their cultural and sports activities.
