Memorabilia
Boxes arrive weekly full of photos, school records, trophies, awards,
news clippings, yearbooks, pennants, class rings, written and videotaped
histories, even a suite of armor that was a school mascot. The AOSHS
Archives must catalog them all in order to preserve the history they
reflect. |

The information in these databases is critical to gathering and
preserving the history of American education overseas. |
Documentaries
Both the documentary, BRATS: Our Journey Home by Donna Musil and
the A&E Biography of Shaquille O'Neal used the AOSHS Archives for
their research. |
Berlin Wall
Section
Donated by the Berlin Brats alumni group, the 12 foot section of the
Wall is on display at the Museum of World Treasures in Wichita.

Overseas Student Artwork Traveling Show
planned
AOSHS has received a large and historically significant collection of
student artwork from Jim McGrath, retired DoDDS teacher and
administrator. We need more pieces from Iceland, UK, Bahrain, France and all the
Mediterranean schools. |
